Dr. Alassafi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience leading large-scale developments and giga-projects across the real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has held diverse leadership positions across the AEC industry, gaining broad expertise in strategic leadership, portfolio management, project governance, and delivery excellence.

He holds a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and Management and has contributed to academic research and publications on life-cycle cost (LCC) optimization, with a focus on enhancing the long-term performance, sustainability, and value of built assets.
