Graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE) with an engineering degree in CAD-systems for construction, Mr. Berezka as well holds an Executive MBA from Vienna University of Economics and Business and Carlson School of Management.

His current role is regional head for Central Asia, MENA & APAC at PlanRadar. His experience in the real estate development and construction industry spans more than 15 years. Since 2013, he has held management positions in international companies that provide innovative solutions to the construction and real estate industries. Vitaly took a professional part in the PPP toll road project, International Business Center "Moscow City", Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, and for clients such as The World Bank, Adidas, PepsiCo, and many others.

Besides lecturing on digitalization topics at universities, he is the author of scientific publications and the co-author of three books, including "Real Estate Development", "Economics of Real Estate", and "Smart construction casebook".

He joined PlanRadar in 2020 as a country manager in Russia.
