Theofanis Fanourakis is a Director at Diriyah Company, leading the strategy for Digital Design and Delivery. Diriyah is an exciting new flagship development, set to become a global destination for culture, heritage, hospitality, retail, and education.

With a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and over 20 years of international experience, Theofanis has driven innovative Digital Engineering practices across large scale programmes, such as airports, stadiums, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. He is passionate about harnessing technology to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability in the AECO sector.
