He developed and executed digital transformation strategies and delivered high-end programs including smart cities, emerging technology, artificial intelligence, e-governance, GIS, BIM, Digital Twin, Cloud, Mobile, Big data platform, IOT platform, ERP, and E-Services. He successfully introduced new revenue streams out of these programs to help transform IT from a cost center to a profit center.

Ramez AlFayez is the Acting CIO and VP of Smart City at KAFD, where he developed and executed a smart city strategy that includes around 42 initiatives to help KAFD achieve targets and objectives.
