Paul Saba is the Corporate Business Transformation Manager at Nesma & Partners.

Paul brings over 15 years of digital transformation experience in technical and management positions.

Paul is currently working with all Nesma & Partners stakeholders to implement processes and technologies that will positively impact the company’s business by ensuring the delivery of the digital transformation roadmap. The roadmap was built in collaboration with the business owners & approved by the CEO to address the pain points raised in the different business areas. More than six digital products are already built and operational in the company which contributed to increasing overall productivity and reducing risk in project management and execution.

Before joining Nesma & Partners, Paul participated in four major digital/business transformation programs in four banks in Lebanon, Egypt, and France. During that, he held various roles as Digital Products Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Techno-Functional Implementer. During his career, Paul managed many projects with both Waterfall & Agile/Scrum Methodologies.

In addition to his banking experience, Paul accumulated extensive knowledge in ERP by working in software consultancy within various industries like Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, etc. and worked on many digital transformation solutions like BPM (Appian), Core Banking (T24), Internet/Mobile Banking (Backbase), Middleware (OSB), ERP (Oracle E-business Suite, Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle Logsys), Financial Solutions(Oracle Financial Accounting Hub).

Paul holds a master’s degree in business computing from the saint joseph university of Beirut.
