Marwan Abbas is a project director with vast experience of delivering large-scale development projects in public, private, and PPP environments across the Middle East, Levant and Asia utilizing the latest state of the art city management tools. He joined Khatib &Alami (K&A) in 2019 to work with key KSA clients including the Ministry of Finance. Since November 2021, Marwan has been PMC Director for K&A’s work for Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Saudi Public Investment Fund. K&A’s role entails the management and delivery of the design, engineering, and construction of two Entertainment Complexes.

Marwan gained his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at American University of Beirut (AUB), and is PMP and LEED certified. He is a member of the Syndicate of Engineers, Beirut, the Saudi Council of Engineers, the US Green Buildings Council LEED Green Association, the AUB Alumni Association, and the Project Management Institute.
