Husain Buhwaid

Husain Buhwaid is a highly accomplished real estate executive, advisor, and architect with 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment working with local and multinational companies in the industry.

He is currently holding a position as Senior Development Director of at Misk City Company, a subsidiary of Misk Foundation and a founding member of Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City. Over his professional journey, Husain led the design and development of diverse types of asset classes including mixed used, smart communities, master plans, educational campuses, shopping malls, and hospitality projects that create positive impact and transform communities.

Husain is an alumnus of IESE Business School with a Global Executive MBA degree and also holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals
