Fadhel AlSaffar

Fadhel AlSaffar is a Senior Global Account Manager (GAM) supporting strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia. With over 25 years of experience in strategic account management, project management, and enterprise system implementation, he specializes in digital transformation, PMIS deployments, and business development. He currently manages key strategic accounts aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Previously, Fadhel spent over 10 years as Executive Manager for one of the leading Oracle CEGIU implementation partners in the region, overseeing Middle East operations, including strategy and program planning, PMIS system design and implementation, and business development. His technical expertise spans multiple industries, including construction, oil and gas, and petrochemicals. He has successfully designed and implemented Enterprise Project Management Systems (PMIS) and led post-implementation support across several verticals.
