With nearly twenty years of experience in project management, strategic planning, and work in operations, he began his scientific career with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, followed by a number of leadership and executive programs at Babson University and London Business School; It qualified him to assume a number of assignments in the areas of project management, strategic planning, government relations and advocacy, government affairs and the transfer of competencies and powers, in addition to the local administration of regions, the operational management of cities, and operation management.
