International bodies appreciate Amr's experience; The British Specification institute (BSI) granted him the BIM Project & Asset Professional accreditation. The Royal Institute of chartered surveyors (RICS) recognised him as a Chartered BIM manager. Additionally, awarded the Expert Elite rank by Autodesk and BIM Level 2 Project Information Manager / Task Information Manager according to ISO 19650 by BRE.
Amr delivers a strategic implementation of digital engineering, information management, and asset management with a robust information management skillset. Amr is currently leading the information management functions appointing party in a real estate portfolio under the Saudi Sovereignty Fund (PIF). He previously had hands-on experience as lead appointed party information manager during design and construction phases at international firms.
Amr has an excellent understanding and hands-on experience in implementing the ISO19650 series, BS EN 1192, NBIMS, COBie and classification systems. His knowledge helps set up the proper process based on organisational/project needs, developing organisational information requirements to drive the delivery and operational phases. Furthermore, Amr manages the technical delivery phases, ensuring the digital organisational requirements and serving the end-users.
