Professional with more than 18 years of experience in Budgeting, Planning, Cost Controlling & Forensic delay analysis in Real Estate & Construction Industry. Having proven record of delivering complex (Residential, Commercial & Retail) projects and programs for Mountain View & ALFUTTAIM Real Estate in Egypt.

During his previous tenure at Mountain View, Ahmed was responsible for the corporate planning whereas he worked on alignment of the corporate objectives with the annual operational plans, monitored the execution and departments performance.

Besides being a graduate from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with BSC in Construction Engineering, Ahmed holds MBA from ESLSCA Business School with specialization in global management, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified International Project Management Associate (IPMA).

Ahmed has a diversified exposure in Oracle Primavera applications. Four years of his career, Ahmed worked for an Oracle Partner “Promastar” as a Consultant during which he delivered, executed & managed successful Oracle Primavera implementations in the middle east between Lebanon, KSA & UAE.

Currently, Ahmed is Director Industry & Customer Advocate within Oracle Construction & Engineering where he is responsible for strategy engagement, capability assessment, solution architecture and Industry Best Practises.
