Abdulaziz Alsharif is the General Manager for operations and programs in the National Housing Company in Saudi Arabia and is currently responsible on overseeing all the operations of the housing and municipality sector in Saudi Arabia including Real-estate brokerage services (Ejar), Housing services (Sakani), Sustainable Building (Mostadam), Subdivision (Farz), Homeowners Association (Mullak), Idle lands program (Idle Lands) and more recently the Municipality services (Balady). Abdulaziz brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer for the Royal Commission for AlUla helping developing and executing the strategic vision for the county in line with Saudi Vision 2030, the city financial model, the masterplan for the city, develop the by-laws and regulations for the region related to the Royal commission for AlUla mandate and helped pass them through the Bureau of experts, Shura Council and Council of Ministers. Abdulaziz also worked as the Government Affairs director for the Boeing company in Saudi Arabia and helped strengthening the relationship between the country and the company maintaining UpToDate platforms and introducing new platforms and capabilities as well. Prior to that Abdulaziz was the Strategic Planning Senior Manager for SABIC and helped developed SABIC 2020 strategy planning and executing new organic growth in multiple petrochemical and consumer sectors as well as plan several M&As in the early 2010s.
