Nahim has over a decade of practical experience working across the real estate sector in senior positions within the Middle East and UK. Through his craft he has acquired unique insights and experiences, ultimately skilled in leading digital twin and engineering initiatives across major projects in design, construction, and operations. He is currently responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams across Digital Engineering (BIM/GIS), Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Information Management, Reporting and the Customer Contact Centre functions. Some of his previous appointments include senior leadership at BIM Academy, Head of BIM/GIS Expo 2020 Dubai and BIM Lead Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
