With over 16 years of hands-on BIM implementation experience – Arsen is the Head of BIM and Digital Construction at ALEC Engineering and Contracting, a large construction company in the GCC with a presence in Africa. He is responsible for the organizational BIM strategy and overseeing the BIM execution on some of the mega projects in the region. Arsen has worked as a BIM Manager on the owner, contractor and consultant side of the building industry in the region, so he understands the capabilities and constraints on all levels of the supply chain.
