KSA’s construction industry ranks high among the world's largest construction markets. The government continues to maintain its commitment to its Vision 2030 goals, especially in sectors such as the housing program, infrastructure, renewables, and water projects.
The Saudi Arabia Giga Project program, part of the 2030 Vision, is the largest civil infrastructure project globally with the goal to transform the Kingdom into a tourism and entertainment hub.
Projects like NEOM are being developed, which, at $500 Bn, represents the world's largest single project. Red Sea tourism projects worth $8.5 Bn are focusing on digital and smart delivery, and housing projects at $2.4 Bn developed by Roshn will have homes built using sustainable principles that are expected to reduce energy costs by an estimated 18%.
