Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All participants must register and pay in advance of the event
  • Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full
  • Payment is due at the time of registration and any early discount is subject to the payment being received before early bird cut-off date
  • Ventures Connect reserve the right to cancel any registrations that miss the payment deadline
  • Cancellation requests received within 30 calendar days or less of the event are non-refundable
  • Cancellation requests received at 31 days or more of the event are subject to a refund minus a $100 administration fee
  • No-show’ delegates will not be refunded
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to events@venturesconnect.net
